Kevin Hsu and Claire Tseng's love for healthy, beautifully prepared food comes across as clearly as their love for each other. Kylie Kwong: Master of Chinese cooking
A fourth-generation Chinese-Australia, Kylie Kwong learned the art of Cantonese cooking from her mother. She then polished her skills working under some of Australia's premier chefs. After a life-changing trip to China in 1999, she opened her own restaurant, Billy Kwong, in 2000. Two years later, Kwong leaped at the change to host a TV show, seeing it as a way to express her pride in her Chinese heritage.
